How does it work

• Every service will be converted to a number of units.
• Based on a needs analysis we estimate the quantity of units you need and offer you the perfect Service Pack (Silver, Gold, Diamond or Platinum).
• After ordering your Service Pack you enjoy a maximum of flexibility in the planning of your trainings: every time you use our services, the required number of units will be deducted without making a specific order.
• The Service Pack entitles you to attend regular  FU training with your account manager or project manager.
• Through our customer portal you can access the current status of your Service Pack!
