Blended e-Learning Just as many of our customers, Synaps believes in e-learning! Our experience has learned us that you have to be careful with a number of issues:

Introduce e-learning in a clear, precise way (e.g. through an infosession).
Many e-students find it difficult to find an appropriate and above all quiet moment to learn: offer them the possibility to learn in a specially equipped e-learning room.
Take into account that not every potential candidate is an independent student: offer the possibility of a coaching trainer on the premises, or think of coaching at a distance (tutoring).
Make use of our open trainings to introduce coached (blended) e-learning: many of the open trainings of Synaps take place that way, with success!
