Needs Analysis

For the most common software Synaps offers an online needs analysis. This free tool takes 5 up to 10 minutes per participant per software. The interpretation of the individual results can be done by you - as a training manager - or by Synaps. The results will be a  coherent collective or individual trainingplan

Diagnostic testing

Diagnostic testing  allows us to determine the starting level of a training. As a consequence, this avoids candidates with insufficient knowledge in an advanced training and candidates who underestimate themselves in a basic introduction. Diagnostic Testing offers time saving and improves the homogeneity of the groups, and gives satisfaction after the training!
