It is not always easy to organize our services in categories... we like to customize the course in accordance with the profile of our customers. We always distinguish three phases :

Preparation: (online) analysis of training needs, (online) screening level, development of a training plan, development of reference material
Courses: classroom training, workshops, coaching, e-Learning, blended learning, tutoring, ...
Follow up of the training : online evaluations, daily feedback from our trainers, personal follow up by your account and/or project manager
